DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all orders 48 hours. Once it’s been dispatched, we’ll send you a dispatch email containing your tracking number and information on how to track your order.
We’re unable to make any changes to order once placed, so please double check all details entered.
DELIVERY
We use DPD for all our deliveries, with full tractability and notifications for the best possible delivery experience.
While we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, there may be times where we’re unable to deliver your order within the desired timeframe due to factors beyond our control. If this is the case, we’ll inform you of any delays to your order by email.
UNITED KINGDOM
Shipping for orders over £30 is free; for orders under £30 shipping is £5. You can expect your package to be delivered within 1-2 working days after it has been dispatched.
EUROPE
Shipping for orders over £40 is free; for orders under £40 shipping is £15. You can expect your package to be delivered within 3-4 working days after it has been dispatched, however there may be slight delays due to Brexit.
USA AND CANADA
Shipping for orders over £75 is free; for orders under £75 shipping is £20. You can expect your package to be delivered within 3-7 working days after it has been dispatched.
REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £20 for all orders. You can expect your package to be delivered within 4-8 working days after it has been dispatched.
IMPORT DUTIES
Import duty and local sales taxes are not included in the item cost or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable import duties or taxes levied by your destination country. Please contact your location customs office for further information.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different colourway or size, please submit a refund request, and order your desired item once refunded.
We’re happy to offer a refund on any items within 14 days of the delivery date. Any returned items must be unused with any labels/ tags attached as received and in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered, or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer with a refund refused.
Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping and import charges.
To submit your refund request, please email us at support@paralosfashioncompany.com, including your Order Number and the items you’d like to return.
Returns are free for UK customers; you’ll be sent a QR code via email that you can use to drop of your return at a DPD drop-off shop.
International customers are responsible for returning any items to us within 14 days using a tracked and insured delivery method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your return; if approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 working days for the funds to reach your account, however it is usually much sooner.
Please note that a refund can only be sent to the original payment method.
